Why Use LINIAN SuperClips
✅ 18th Edition Compliant
With the ever-evolving regulations becoming increasingly more important, you can have complete peace of mind knowing SuperClips are fire-rated, safe and complaint.
✅ Fire-Rated
Meeting BSi and DIN classifications, SuperClips have been fire tested to 90 and 120 minutes at approximately 830°.
✅ Corrosion Resistant
SuperClips have been salt-spray tested, are corrosion resistant and UV stable meaning they are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and guarantee long term durability.
Other USPs
Faster Installs (70% quicker to install than traditional methods).
Clean, Professional Finish (neat, consistent finish).
Single-Component (no need for plugs, screws, washers or conduit saddles).
One-Handed Installation at Height (install with ease).

Ready for Amendment 4: Designed for the Next Level of Safety
With Amendment 4 to the Wiring Regulations approaching, EV and solar manufacturers need cable management solutions that meet the next level of safety and reliability. The LINIAN SuperClip range is Amendment 4 ready, delivering secure, consistent fixes that simplify compliance, reduce installation risk, and ensure long-term cable security—helping manufacturers stay ahead of evolving standards.
Tested To Prove Safety and Compliance
1. BS EN 50200 (Fire Safety Standard). This is the primary technical reference for "BS 50200." It specifies a test method to determine the fire resistance of small cables (less than 20mmindiameter) used in emergency circuits for alarms, lighting, and communication.
Purpose: Ensures cables maintain circuit integrity during a fire to support life-safety systems.
Test Conditions: Cables are subjected to a flame temperature of approximately 830°C along with mechanical shock (impact from a steel bar).
Classifications: Survival time is rated as PH15,PH30, PH60, PH90, or PH120, indicating the number of minutes the cable remains operational.
Annex E: A common requirement for "standard" fire-resisting cables, adding water spray to the fire and shock test.
2. DIN 4102-12. This is a German standard for testing the fire resistance of entire electric cable systems, ensuring they maintain circuit integrity (functionality)for a specific time (e.g., E90 for 90mins) during a fire, crucial for safety systems like emergency lighting or smoke extraction.
It defines requirements and test methods for the complete system, including cables, supports (trays, ladders),and fasteners, simulating real fire conditions to prove critical circuits stay operational.
